The Andalusian is a trademark Gazpachería backed by more than 25 years of experience in processing, packaging, distribution and marketing of fresh Gazpacho Andaluz and derivatives thereof.

To develop our products we only use fresh, quality ingredients, and we just wash and grind, we do not apply heat or preservatives added, only the cooling (2 ° C - 4 º C) keeps the organoleptic qualities of gazpacho, hence the importance of not break the cold chain.
